Just Breathe

Hello All!

I love to start my mornings with a yoga class at the gym on campus. Yoga always leaves me stress free, relaxed, and pretty much a happy camper. Since I was sick the past weekend I am so excited to come back today. Sometimes during the week we lose track of life and succumb to the mundane routine of “getting up, going to work, and going back to sleep”. I feel like adding small things like a yoga class to your routine adds a really special aspect to your day. Something exciting to look forward in the week. Well dolls I should probably lay out my mat before class starts. See ya tomorrow!
