Today I am going to share my weekly yoga routine. I have been loving yoga for its relaxation elements and the added energy it gives me in the morning. I hope you guys enjoy this quick post.
Let’s get into it!
Although I’d love to say I do this routine EVERY day, sometimes I get so busy for school work that I don’t get a chance to get any workout stuff done. On a good day which is pretty much most of my days of the week I have this routine from start to finish.
Mon, Wed, Thurs, Fri, Sun-

Tara Stiles- Bedtime yoga, or calming routine yoga.
On Tuesday’s and Saturday’s I usally go to a yoga class at my gym. This can vary depending on how much homework I have and If I have anything planned with friends(birthdays, coffee dates, e.t.c) I still do my morning and night yoga routine, but my afternoon one is nixed because I go to the gym:)
If I do go to a class I go to Yoga Fit at 5:15-6:15 on tuesdays and 10:00-11:00 or 12:00-1:00 on saturdays!
