Easy Peppermint tea latte recipe!!

Goooood Morning Babes!

Although I am attempted to be a morning person, it just isn’t sunshine and rainbows every day. A girl needs her caffeine fix. Well, I found a solution that can put some pep in your day without a bunch of calories and added sugar. I am a huge fan of peppermint because it not only reduces anxiety but can also help with stomach issues and bloating!! All you need are 2 ingredients and your favorite mug:)

Unsweetened vanilla almond milk(or your favorite dairy product)

Peppermint tea(any brand will do!)

And… that’s it!
